REGULATION OF TYPE 2 DIABETES WITH THE HELP OF EXERCISE AND PROPER DIET
In the modern world now diabetes is a main concern and one of the major killer diseases. About 90-92 percent patients are having type 2 diabetes where the body is unable to utilize the insulin properly.
Though over weight conditions are signs of diabetes but it could be elevated by the help of proper diet and exercise.
- Drink plenty of water daily, you can take lemon juice also.
- Take fresh vegetables and fruits, avoid spicy foods.
- Try to eat diet consisting of low carbohydrate.
- Drink lots of fresh green vegetables juice.
- Take foods of low glycemic agents like soups.
- Try to eat some rich protein content foods like beans and nuts.
- Take whole grain foods, better to take boil or baked.
